Summer Camp is coming! Teen Camp June 2-7 and Kid Camp June 9-13, 2019!

 The Perfect place to get away!

Poplar Point Camp is ready to assist churches and other ministries by providing a place for camps, retreats, banquets, and other special events.  Civic, family, and other types of groups are welcome to use the facility when scheduling allows.  Our purpose is to provide a place where people can come to our beautiful setting for a while and get alone with God.

Poplar Point Camp is an independently incorporated non-profit owned by the Southern District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. We rent out our facilities for both summer camp and school year retreats. We would love to host a week of summer camp for your Church or group.

We exist to provide an excellent place for churches to meet for camps, retreats, picnics, etc. and enjoy God’s creation.  Families and civic groups are welcome to use our facilities as scheduling allows. 
 

Poplar Point Camp was a perfect place for our group to rent for our week of summer camp. The price was excellent for what all we received. We would recommend this camp to everyone!

Overview

Located in Coosa County, half way between Birmingham and Montgomery Poplar Point camp is ideally located for groups to travel to.

We have 79 acres of nature for groups to play, explore and get away from the hustle and busyness of life.

We can accommodate groups up to 190 people in our cabins and many more for groups who wish to campout or come for the day.
