Poplar Point Camp is available to rent both summer and school year.
Rates during the summer are calculated by specific dates, number of campers and number of nights, so we do not have a standard rate to advertise.
Please contact us for your own custom quote, but to give an example, in 2022 we rented the camp to a group for a 4 nights, 10 meals for 30 campers for $153 per person.
We can host groups for as few nights as 2 and as many nights as you wish.

School year retreats prices are:
(non-holiday weekends)
Two night stay is $50 per person plus meals
One Night stay is $35 per person plus meals
Three night stay is $65 per person plus meals
If you cook yourself there is a $100 fee for use of the gym kitchen.
Our commercial kitchen will cook standard meals:
Breakfast $5.50
Lunch $6.75
Dinner $8.00
If you get 3 meals on the same day they are discounted to $19
These standard meals are camper friendly, include a full salad bar at each meal and multiple different breakfast options.
