Clays For Campers is a sporting clay fundraiser benefiting Poplar Point Christian Camp. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy a day of friendly competition, fellowship, and fun while helping provide life-changing camp experiences for children and families.

Saturday, December 5, 2026, at Pine Crest Lodge in Attalla, Alabama. Registration begins at 7:30 AM, with a 9:00 AM shotgun start.

Whether you’re an experienced shooter or simply want to support the mission of Poplar Point Camp, we’d love to have you join us. Register as an individual or team, invite friends and coworkers, or consider becoming a sponsor. Every participant and sponsor helps us continue creating meaningful camp experiences for kids and families.

Come prepared for a fun morning of sporting clays and outdoor fellowship! Since the event will take place outdoors in December, we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather and bringing everything you need to enjoy the course comfortably.
Recommended Equipment:
A 20-gauge or 12-gauge shotgun is recommended.
Bring enough shotgun shells for the event. 100 shells are required to complete the course.
If you would like to take some warm-up shots before the event begins, be sure to bring additional shells beyond the 100 required for the course.
Eye and ear protection are required for safety.
Comfortable outdoor clothing and appropriate footwear are recommended.
A few important notes:
Gun rentals will not be available at the event, so participants will need to bring their own shotgun.
Shotgun shells will be available for purchase at the venue if you need additional ammunition.
Participants are responsible for bringing or purchasing the appropriate ammunition for their shotgun.

Homeschool Day at Camp
This is a family event, not a drop-off camp. Parents and guardians stay with their children and participate together throughout the day.
It’s a great way to introduce your child to the camping experience in a fun, comfortable, and low-pressure environment. Kids can experience many of the things that make camp special while having the support of their family right alongside them.
Come enjoy a day of fun, fellowship, and outdoor adventure as a family—and start making memories at Poplar Point Camp together!

Winter Kid’s Camp
Join us at Poplar Point Camp for a fun-filled weekend designed especially for kids in 1st–5th grade!
From exciting games and outdoor adventures to worship, Bible lessons, campfires, and great food, your child will experience a weekend filled with fun, friendship, and opportunities to grow closer to Jesus.
It’s the perfect way to introduce your child to the camping experience in a fun, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment!

Join us at Poplar Point Camp for an unforgettable winter weekend designed specifically for students in 6th–12th grade, February 19–21, 2026!
From exciting games and outdoor adventures to worship, Bible teaching, campfires, great food, and plenty of time to hang out with friends, students will experience a weekend packed with fun, friendship, and opportunities to grow closer to Jesus.
Whether your student is a seasoned camper or experiencing camp for the first time, Teen Winter Camp is the perfect opportunity to unplug, make memories, build friendships, and grow in their faith in a fun and welcoming Christ-centered environment.
